Established in Oct. 2002, China Vehicle Inspection Network is supported by Beijing Zhongli Mechanical and Electrical New Technology Company and Beijing Engineering Research Center for Vehicle Inspection and Network Technology.Its aims are to improve general level of vehicle inspection and technology through scientific cooperation and internet, promote academic cooperation and exchange, provide research units, management administration and high-tech firms with technological consultation and services, and strengthen ties between research institutes and enterprises and speed up the pace of the improvement in vehicle inspection technology industrialization.
Then SCIENCE series computerized vehicle inspection system consist of two parts, the computerized automobile vehicle testing system and the computerized motor cycle testing system. The system can control the inspection equipments which are made in China and overseas.
Since 1988, the system has been used in Beijing, Guangdong, Heilongjiang, Neimenggu, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Anhui, Zhejiang, Shandong, etc., in China.
